BTC decision moment

I think this moment will identify the next movement of BTC, if we break the downtrend then we can wait a new uptrend, if not then 5th correction wave will go to next alternative point around 29.000 like previous support, but my opinion it can start to uptrend because it is in a parallel channel now and these levels are around the lower line of parallel channel.
