Cbrain - is it going up?

Yesterday we recieved the news, that Cbrain had made a climate agreement with public authority i California. It caused the price to go up. When I analyze the chart from a tecnical perspective, I can see supporting lines going up further, but be aware of a very high P/E and K/I.
