CCL Carnival Corporation Options Ahead of Earnings

Analyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of CCL Carnival Corporation prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 14usd strike price in the money Puts with
an expiration date of 2024-4-19,
for a premium of approximately $2.11.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

CCL traded at $11.02 after earnings, and the Puts went up from $2.11 (when I wrote this article) to $3.50 at the close today, for about 65% gain!
