Markup soon?

It looks like it is getting close to a markup. Price has consolidated at the end of a bullish pennant. The last couple of days were already a liquidity test, but it is possible that there would be a second round. Any positive crypto news could send this up. However this could also still go lower. Cautiously long until confirmation.
