$CUBI: Low risk buy signal

This is a Regional Bank stock that timwest discovered a while back, it now fired a monthly trend once again, following the election of Donald Trump as POTUS #47.

Downside risk is $7.32 per share, and targets present a 3.61 to 1 reward to risk ratio or bigger if the signal works in the coming 10 months.
