DAX(sep/oct-15): turning or burning?

While every analyst was drawing one flag i drew a shorter one above it, but now i got back and elongated the first one. This gives some room for the crash but also looks very concerning. Another analyst mentioned the extended line i put below - the really long term trend is unbroken, however there is not alot of room for a turn around now. If we break 9200 we should be in a serious bear market, no year end rally. Otherwise my money is on the sidelines to buy the dip..
