The situation with the DJI is now crazy! Some say the more times price approaches resistance the greater the chance of a breakout. Some say the opposite.

I've seen price fail to breakout after 9 hits on a support/resistance level (with other instruments). The DJI is now anybody's guess.

There must be a news blackout on the Basra situation. Nothing at all in the last 8 hours of this post Normally one would expect the traditional media to be regurgitating the stuff. Only a small handful of media houses have even mentioned the situation.

Interest rates remain unchanged. Powell delivered his usual double talk He has to please his political master - though he says publicly that he is his own boss. The master requires talk that the "economy is doing fanastically well" - but Powell must know that it isn't - it's just that he can't say that outright. I'm sorry - $22 Trillion is debt most of which was expanded in the Trump era does not mean - by any stretch of imagination or fantasy - that your economy is doing well. I'm not changing my mind.
