DOGEUSDT is going to retest 0.23

this is the DOGEUSDT 4h chart , price shaped a rising wedge pattern which is a sell signal most of the time
in addition to that we have a strong resistance on 0.30 that is pushing price to fall
also we can see a bearish divergence between price and 4h RSI , price made new highs ,but RSI couldn't reach those highs and mad new lower highs
in my opinion 0.23 is a good target if you wanna buy
