DPM dividend 3.000d 31.08.2023

On August 23, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo, Phu My Fertilizer, stock code: DPM) will close the list of shareholders to pay cash dividends for the second period of 2022. The payout ratio is 30%, corresponding to shareholders owning each 1 share will receive 3,000 VND/share.

With more than 391 million shares outstanding, Phu My Fertilizer plans to spend VND 1,173 billion to pay shareholders. Payment deadline is August 31, 2023.

Previously, DPM agreed to pay the 2022 cash dividend at the rate of 70%, the company advanced the dividend at the rate of 40% in cash in February.
