DXY Dollar Index Potential Short

We see a clear break out from the ascending channel following with a STF Bearish Flag. Today is the ECB interest rate Decision. The EUR/USD Pair is weighted with 60% in the dollar Index.
That decision can give the impulse out of the Bearish flag.
When we see a breakout from the STF bearish flag we can expect more Dollar weakness.
