USD Index is on the verge of Long Term Weakening

DXY is forming Bearish Continuation Pattern (Triangle?) that could indicate another Bearish movement once it broke Support at 100.

Current rise might not be a Bullish because it is still within the range of the pattern. Unless DXY could reach more than 105.
