, and the premarket is balance in this area such as 09302020 Premarket, for that reason go for a break of the balance between 3300 and 3339,5.
Eventhough, we are looking for a bullish break because i think the bearish break out would be difficult because 3293 is a big support but if it breaks the next zone for rotation would be 3280
