ETHEUR EW bear pattern complete?
Note the large triangle forming the 'B' wave, and the smaller triangle forming the 4th sub-wave of the 'C' wave.
The 'C' wave lost momentum and failed to carry the price to a low. But all the steps are still there, so I think it's complete.
