ETH to move to $200 range this month (Jan2019)

The event to drive this could be the hard fork on 16th Jan 2019, but I believe is positioning trades for the big boys. I looked at the monthly chart, the 9 count on demark should have a up arrow next month (Feb 2019). So I believe it should start to move up to $600 to $700 region sometimes by middle of this year.
