Ethereum will dip, but to what levels before heading to 2000+ ??

1343 at the 0.618 is my first target. 1153 at the 0.786 is my second target. Both may correspond to the bottom Bollinger band. The dip should start happening after the Stoch RSI crosses.. Short term bear... Long term Bull !! ;)
