So that is done simply by understanding Market value. Where is price high and where is price in the GRAND scheme of things. Longer term outlook from higher timeframe analysis. Regardless of your Trading style you will need to know what stage the market is in. Currently, simply by eye with no Real TECH analysis you should be able to see the market is very Low after a great fall.

This therefore is NOT a time to sell because the core market principle of buying low and selling high is well.. Absolutely what you should always be doing. So judging from the chart you can identify various places where price gets stronger as a long. It does not matter what you are trading this is paramount. So use your eyes now and see that the market is incredibly low. Then of course bring in all TECH factors..

Low Stochastics, Strong PA level. Current rejection. Read the signs early, plan ahead and trade the market accurately. Looking for a strong rally to the north side and gradual exits at PA zones and resistance levels.
