i associate the current situation in ETN/BTC and ETN/USD as well with the total overbought hype of electroneum in dec 2017 / jan 2018
bidding on a long position is a very high risk as there are way more famous cryptos out there as ETN, might be similar to a pump and dump in this situtaion, stay warned
a comming back to old highs would be a really wonderfull surprise
