Example in this currency pair, the average daily range shrinks, followed by a period of strong movement in my observations. The previous downward movement seemed exhausted and turned into a horizontal consolidation. That's why I decide that the breakthrough will be on top. Unfortunately, I used very small stops, equal to 25% of ADR. Which often closed my positions.
