Where next for the Euro?

From a purely technical standpoint it looks like the euro will eventually make its way to the bottom of this trendline potentially finding support with the low made in 2000.

Fundamentally I believe that the ECB will struggle to balance the fight against inflation whilst also catering to the needs of individual countries raising the risk of a sovereign debt crisis.
