Market Stress is the result of imbalance in volume. you can not see the absolute volume of the Forex Market. Then one of the tools that can help you to chase it is OBV oscillator. It's kinda absolute volume.
Note: Be aware that OBV uses close data then your chart will be on chart line mode.
