If EURUSD breaks, it can break hard

This is a monthly chart of EURUSD. Rather than look at the intraday and intraweek swings from this pair, I think there is more going on with this time frame. If this congestion pattern breaks, it will represent a tremendous shift in technicals and fundamentals.
