Reversal or Continuation : Opinions?

Simple strategy using x3 Simple Moving Averages set at 70, High - 70, Low & 70, Close
Momentum and RVI are to assist in Confirmation Signals.
Momentum: 34, Close
RVI: 10, Close

Buy Signal: Closing Price must be above or crosing over 70 high sma AND Momentum must be crossing over or be above the 100 level AND the RVI must be >= 50
Close long entry signal: Closing Price must be CONSOLIDATING or crossing under or be under the 70 low sma AND below or crossing under Momentum level 100 AND crossing under or below RVI 50

Short Signal: Closing Price must be below or crossing under or be under the 70 low sma AND below or crossing under Momentum level 100 AND crossing under or below RVI 50
Close Short Entry: Closing Price must be CONSOLIDATING or crosing over 70 high sma AND Momentum must be crossing over or be above the 100 level AND the RVI must be >= 50
