EUR/USD - Possible Bullish Move!

EUR/USD made a Higher Low last night than the previous Low made last Thursday!

I suspect EUR/USD wants to make a Higher High then our current high in which case will be the beginning of a bullish move towards my Target zone.

*WAITING FOR PRICE TO BREAK 1.1042 TO INITIATE ACTION PLAN*

Currently as I write this, DXY is losing strength going into a downslope BUT there is also heavy news coming up for the dollar at 0730 CST.
