The market is raise but ... ?

FBThe market is raised as i expected but he raise with low volume so now we have an up bar with low volume (low demand) and
my expectation is
1- up bar with a volume greater then the previos volume and this is a buy signal
2- a down bar with volume greater then the previos volume and in this case i sugges to wait and do nothing becuse we stile in support area
