Considering we know already ad revenue will decline sharply in the short term while the social network usability will rocket so I believe all is factored in the price and in. the LT FB will benefit for its increase user base and active users base.
Time to add to the first position built around the bottom at 140 now we can safely say it is rebounding ans 140 will be its floor
