The price has been going down, bu RSI says it is approaching oversold. Interestingly, on volume balance has been increasing, suggesting there is a possibility of an upward breakout soon.

Well, that didn't play out so well. One thing to notice, though, is that the price driven down by the increasing value of btc. Factom's value to fiat is the same. I'd say long-term holders should buy now.
