Fed funds

I see a lot of comments about the Fed pumping the market but if this their funds, it looks like they have already spent it. It would also be silly to be pumping the market rather than using it for safety purposes. I don't think Apple and Amazon really need more than 1.3 and 1.17 trillion for fund raising anyways lol.
