Fundamental analysis : GBP is still strong due to a strong inflation. But canadian economy is resilient despite the high interest rate, wich let the BOC a bit more time for a hawkish policy.
Moreover, we can see downward divergence on oil, wich could show us a potentiel decrease of oil price and so will CAD.
technical analysis :
- Upward break of a weekly trendline (see the chart below)
- Retest of the weekly trendline
- Upward divergence on RSI in H4
- BOS H4
A correction on 0.5 or 0.618 FIBo of the last uparward impulsion (in h4), could give us a good price to enter a buy position.
retail position : 84% long, wich is not so good.
For the moment I keep a buy limit order with a risk of 0.75%

Fondamentalement incertain.le GBP reste fort avec une forte inflation, mais l'économie canadienne est résiliente malgré la hausse des taux ce qui peut laisser de la marge à la BOC pour continuer sa politique restrictive.
On peut voir de la divergence à la baisse sur les prix du pétrole donc potentielle une correction qui entrainerai également le CAD à la baisse.
Techniquement :
- Break à la hausse d'une trendline weekly (je te mets le graphique plus bas)
- reste trendline weekly
- Divergence haussière h4
- BOS h4
Une correction sur les fibo de la dernière impulsion haussière H4 pourrait offrir une opportunité d'achat.
Sentiment retail : 84% en achat ce qui n'est pas très bon.
