GBPUSD: Head and Soulder or moving up sharply in ascending chnl?

It seems we have a head and shoulder pattern which is clear in 4H time frame. It means price might have a downward move but...! I suppose the price will have an upward move sharply and it will change what the head and shoulder pattern want the price to do!
