GBPUSD: Bearish signal

The price has been rising for a while. As we can see, the volume of the rising part was great. People were confident about the price. Recently, the price went to a platform, the price stayed at around 1.31 for around 5 days, which was long enough. So now, the price is still swinging around 1.31 level, however, there are signals for a change.
The Bollinger Bands shrunk, which indicates that the price would have a big change soon. And the MACD shows a downward trend. Also, RSI is making a lower high, which also means that the price could go down soon.
