GDX/GOLD slammed into resistance, probable downside incoming, but a very tight fight with very little between both sides.. Not out for the count yet.

Miners can often front-run gold bottoming. If investors feel conviction about paper prices bottoming, then GDX or GDXJ will price in the anticipated move early.

This is the end of the quarter in what is usually a bad month for precious metals. It is worthwhile remembering that APR 1st is in two days, the beginning of a new quarter.
