Ans : Granules India had a huge fall on September 12 after the USFDA inspection revealed 6 observations.

Ans : Granules is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Hyderabad. Granules manufactures several off-patent drugs, including Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, Metformin, Guaifenesin etc


Remarks :
1 If breaks low then don't try to catch the falling knife rather one can go short & trail.
2 If crosses Ichimoku's base line then go long & keep last week low as a stop-loss.
3 There's huge divergence in option data as well & large unwinding of orders.
4 Current PCR is at 0.50 which quite oversold, hence expected to bounce from here
