HEX Retest of ATH (Conservative Projection)

This is an ultra-conservative projection for hex to retest its all time high. I am suggesting that the recovery may take a bit longer than what many hope for or expect. We can monitor the progress to see how this idea plays out. Usually, recoveries of this nature just take time. Patience is key.
