Simple scenario on Hang Seng where we have a correction and then a continuation of the previous bullish move. 2 potential pathways, same idea. Marked Potential Stop Loss levels on the 2 scenarios. Waiting for the potential buy signal after a timid drop, unless something else happens and it ruins the show.

Initial sell is safe and the stop loss can be moved at break even. Next scenario is just a potential and pending. Waiting to see the next daily candle(s). Anything can happen. Bounce, stagnation, or continuation. Position is closed only at manual trailing stop or at a very strong opposite signal.

Initial feeling is confirmed and we have a small rebound in the down move. Hard to trade these small bullish candles after such a big drop, but they can be useful sometimes. I would rather see a retest of the low in the coming days though, to have an even better setup for an entry.

Don't know if any of my envisioned scenarios for the future are still solid. Glad to see I didn't miss the run of the Bulls for higher highs. Still a tricky situation. I am going to stay away until Monday. Just in case...

This could still validate the initial simulated scenario where we visit the ellipse and we start moving upwards, but to be honest, I would have preferred the close for today to be somewhere lower, around or a little below the level marked on the chart on this snapshot. The problem with this setup is not just the buffer zone for the stop loss which would be bigger, but also the fact that we are near the highs of the previous days and we might see a drop tomorrow. The market moves in waves and has pivot moments. Sometimes these pivots affect the future and they decide the flow, the rhythm, and the potential power of the next waves.

Interesting bearish engulfing at the "resistance" line. Good for hedging or taking profits. I would go completely against the previous bull move, but I might be wrong. The first ellipse did the job. Don't know if we'll see the price going for the next one. next 2 trading days critical. Willbe interesting when we'll see the first green candle after the red one from today.
