INVH long term short is looking even better

My last graph described a short term catalyst (Earnings didn't work out) but the long term short catalyst is as strong as ever. With the market downturn incoming this will get hit hard and it doesn't matter what management wants to say, a lot of people will be unable to pay rent or buy homes.
