IQ is at the top of the trading range, and just closed with a very bullish bar.
It's never easy to tell the exact top of the range, but I'd call that a breakout. On the same day, KWEB was down 2.45% and MCHI was down 1.99%. IQ has been hugely outperforming the sector recently, and the price action has been very bullish.
