Look at this beautiful closing Weekly candle. IVR is ready to breakout but still attached to the metal price share.
So the question is: Is silver stabilizing or is it not ? If silver continues to decline then the breakout is postponed to another date.
But i am very concinved that its going to breakout in near future.
