IWM ATHs retest/breakout

IWM has been in this range for 30 weeks or so. really bullish weekly chart for a test of ATHs. did held R1 resistances around 227. now closed over that level. double bottom on the 4H. trading above 9 & 21MA with a bullish cross over.
