$IWM - bounce of trendline

IWM kissed this trendline around $231 almost perfectly and it was very quick. Will need further follow through but hopefully this bounce begins the follow through for the small cap rally. This last week or so was a bad beat down of companies in that category. One final knock down before the run? GLL
