Now waiting for neck line to be broken, and then when it bounces back, you short it as it may fail at neckline coming back.

It is almost near neckline, where it may bounce a bit and then break the neckline and go lower. I will not short at break of neckline but will short again at retest of the neckline when it comes back up. I am already short via calls on SQQQ and outright holdings on FNGD
