short term gains long term losses

i drew this back a while ago and it seems to be at the point where i would love to see what someone thinks. i have a feeling with the price of gold, trump and currency taking a bit of a change recently we may see short gains, but ultimately there is a chance we may go back down to around 3 or lower.
