Chainlink/USD -- TA points to the Upside?
USD price is at a strong confluence of supports.
RSI has bottomed and is rising. (Weekly STOCH RSI is bottomed as well. See chart in updates below.)
Ultimate Oscillator looks to be angling up a bit.
I marked the number of days in the triple-top corrections on both the left and the right. I offer no conjectures on the meaning of the similarities--merely the counts.
If price breaks down, I'll be watching the blue supports in succession.
If price breaks up, I'll watch the top of the black triangle (around $2.60) to see if we make a lower high, or if we break through toward a new high.

In terms of moving averages:We are sitting on the 325 EMA on the daily.
And the 50 EMA on the weekly.
Both of which have held since the major BTC dump in Nov-Dec. 2018.
