The bottom wasn't in for LTC/BTC.

I think this pair's bottom will be hit once BTC/USD hits ATH at USD69,000 while LTC is at around 75-76 (will be hit soon).

By then, LTC/BTC should be at around 0.0011-0.0012, I think that's within the bottom.
