LTC building a nice pennant

LTC is building a tasty pennant. Stock is oversold, and indicates potential for upside. We need a few things for confirmation of a bull run: the candles need to reject low position on the lower bollinger band, RSI needs to improve, and hopefully the Chikou span will cross the EMAs from below.
