Head and Shoulders or Range?

• RSI just below the overbought still indicating a higher chance of a downtrend.
  
• MACD crossing down also indicating a downtrend soon.
  
• Decreasing volume on an uptrend that is also losing momentum also another sign for a reversal.
  

Scenario 1: Possible to go into a 7% up/down range until Christmas or later, but too soon to know yet. <- I need advise on this.

Scenario 2: Higher possibility to form a head and shoulders to further confirm a downtrend.
