LXU: Bad Earnings Surprise, Dead-cat Bounce

This stock looks absolutely horrible from fundamentals, technicals, and news, with no signs of recovery. There may be a small bounce from this dead cat but it looks dead after that. The focus should be that bad earnings surprise, which looks really bad because I show a target price of $0.1474. If there is any pullback from a dead-cat bounce, it will be short lived. The bad news about the lawsuit does not look good either.
