MTL looks Bullish - MACD is about to Cross - Increased Volume

I like what MTL is doing but from a short-term perspective, when MTL goes off it can hit a lot of Targets fast.

- MACD is about to Cross
- Took a double bounce on the support line.
- Increased Volume throughout the Day.
