Hello everyone. This is a follow-up of my previous published idea titled 'Nasdaq creating new high with uptrend continues.' . By the measured move, I projected the target of 15555.
Apparently, price has just hit the target. On the daily chart, I don't see any trouble ahead as it continues to create fresh new highs! Momentum is strong.
On the news side, Powell has calmed the market as investors considers positive for his saying that there is much ground to cover before rate hikes. The mood is pretty bullish.
If you studied previous tapering in end of 2013 and rate hike in end of 2015 , Nasdaq pretty much ignored tapering, but reacted to the rate hike by a correction of over 10%. So no rush to close your long position.
I'm actually pretty bullish on the stock index, including S&P. Buy and hold or buy the dip would be my favorite strategies in such environment.
