NCASH momentum turning?

٩ مايو ٢٠١٨On the chart we ee that NCASH IS NOT making higher highs but we see that the RSI IS making higher highs. . Also the on the Histrogram we see it is tikking higher. MACD is crossing on a low point.

This suggest momentum is turning bullish.
