NASDAQ 100 - TOP IS FORMING. Where is FED?

As we all see on the chart, top is forming now, the same like december 2018.
First stop is around 200 days EMA - 6660 level.
When 6600 break, even 4000 posible in longer term.
Only one hope for this fake paper market - IMF and FED together on $ printer.
